A lower centre of gravity

That was my impression of you in Paris, that you had settled down to a lower centre of gravity, both physically and emotionally, you were more fully who you are, at the deepest level, and less needful of creating an impression, of carrying yourself for the world to see (but not see). For Bob, of course, it has been the deeper self that he has seen all along, and I like to think that I saw that too. I like the public face too--it was (is?) a good one (useful, intelligent, attractive, entertaining, well carried)--but I hope you won't feel the need to return fully to it, at least not just out of habit.
